MP Candidate’s Foundation Offers Women Free Hair Dry on March 8: Hraparak

The Artak Sargsyan Charitable Foundation belonging to the owner of the same name of major supermarket chain SAS reached an agreement with all beauty salons in Yerevan’s no. 4 electoral district to blow dry women’s hair for free today, International Women’s Day, reports local daily Hraparak

“If this is charity and not a pre-election bribe, then a question arises: why did Sargsyan [make this charitable gesture] only in the electoral district where he will be nominated as a parliamentary candidate and not, say, in Ashotsk where women need such a gesture more,” writes the paper.
